LS Engineering Services recently responded to a breakdown service request from national food product manufacturer The request involved a failed vacuum bottle on a 3.3kV TDK Meidensha vacuum contactor, our engineer succesfully removed the failed unit and then installed and recommissionied a new unit.

Our initial scope of work was increased to include a partial stator re-wedge after our boroscope inspection found loose and missing wedges on one of the motors.
